A Voyager Stay is a paid stay at Tibi of up to three weeks. You live here, work here, meet the people and see for yourself what is being built. It does not have to become more than that.
The stay stands on its own. It is a complete experience and a real product — whether or not anything further comes of it.

Founder Experience means experience, contribution and mutual exploration. It grants no founder status, no decision or governance rights, no ownership, no residency, no investment obligation and no guaranteed long-term participation.
Ideas, experience and feedback are welcome and they matter. Decisions about the place stay with the people who carry lasting responsibility for it.
This is not only a booking rule. The boundary protects everyday life at the place, the families and children who live here, and clarity about who holds which role.
After three weeks at the latest. There is no automatic extension and no quietly staying on.
Was it a fit? Is there something both sides want to continue? A no is a good outcome on either side.
If both sides want to continue, the next step is discussed and agreed separately. It never follows automatically from the stay.
