The Founder Experience is not a separate date. It does not take place in a window you apply for. It is a layer that can open up during a Voyager Stay — the paid stay of up to three weeks at Tibi.
How you come hereFor experienced founders, builders, entrepreneurial families and anyone who wants to understand how an emerging Arts Village really works. Whether it is available during your stay is something we agree beforehand.
Founder Experience means experience, contribution and mutual exploration. It grants no founder status, no decision or governance rights, no ownership, no residency, no investment obligation and no guaranteed long-term participation.
Ideas, experience and feedback are welcome and they matter. Decisions about the place stay with the people who carry lasting responsibility for it.
You request a Voyager Stay — period, length, accommodation. The stay is paid in advance.
We agree beforehand whether a Founder Experience is possible in your window and what is actually going on during those weeks.
You are at the place, you live the everyday and contribute where it fits. After three weeks at the latest the stay ends.
If both sides then want to continue, the next step is discussed and agreed separately. It never follows automatically from the stay.
The Founder Experience does not begin with an application. It begins with you being there.
